40th TAMWORTH COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL
Audio highlights of the first announcements of a number of features coming to the 40th Tamworth Country Musc Festival in January 2012. These announcements were made at a special ceremony at the Tamworth Town hall on 1 July 2011.
SOUTHERN STAR AWARDS
CMR presents audio packages of all the awards presented at the 15th Australian Indepenendent Country Music Awards - the Southern Stars - the climax of the 25th Mildura Country Music Festival on Saturday October 8.
These are Australia's second most important Country Music Awards (after the Golden Guitars) - saluting the recording excellence of the vast number of Independent Recording Artists in Australian Country Music.
The Mildura Country Music Festival is staged over 10 days covering the last weekend of September and the first weekend of October each year. The festival uses 24 venues in Mildura and surrounding villages along the banks of the mighty Murray River in north west Victoria. Click here for details
